Some of our customers love to wear our small pads as a pantyliner, but at 4mm thick they’re not as thin as disposable pantyliners so it’s down to personal preference!

Our XL pads are are largest in the range at 32cm long and ideal for overnight when your period is very heavy. They're ultra absorbent and can get even the heaviest of bleeders through the night.

They're also also the perfect maternity pads for post-birth bleeding. 

 Each XL pad is maximum-absorbency for very heavy nighttime bleeding, at 7mm thick with an extra long front (or back if you prefer) you’ll be comfortable and leak-free all night. 

 These XL pads are suitable for mild to moderate bladder leakage (up to bursts under 80ml).
