Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns of sealed, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be fully sealed in the original packaging box, unused and in the same condition that you received it. As sanitary pads are an intimate hygiene product and it is not easily possible to tell whether the product has been worn, we cannot accept refunds for items that have been opened.
We do not accept returned sanitary goods that are opened, washed or used. If you want to enquire into whether your item can be returned, email us at hello@floatinglotuspads.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Additionally, gift cards and vouchers, charity donations and planted tree donations are non-returnable and non-refundable items.
To consider any returns, we require email contact and proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds are rejected or partial refunds are granted (if applicable) -
- Any item not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of confirmation, first check your bank account again then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Missing/Faulty Items and Exchanges (if applicable)
If there is anything missing from your order please email us at hello@floatinglotuspads.com so that we can rectify the issue. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing fault. Shipping

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for faulty item exchanges will be covered by Floating Lotus.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
